"I've know Bill since before the first Kawasaki of Fayetteville days on Hwy 62. In fact I was there the first day of business! I've spent many of hours riding both on the street and dirt with him. (Also spent lots of $'s too). I sold my street bike right after my daughter was born 21 years ago and my dirt bike soon afterward. Family time and commitments keep me away from the cycle world.
Couple of weeks ago a friend got back into street bikes and it inspired me to do the same. Not having done any research on bikes, I just walked in and told Bill I wanted back in and asked what I should buy. He put me on a bike, sent me out for a test ride, and I bought it that afternoon. No one else I would trust blindly on this large of a purchase!
He matched me up perfectly with what I was wanting - a new Yamaha Roadliner! Everyone at the shop was the best and it was great seeing all the "oldtimers" and recalling war stories.
It makes me happy to see how far they have come since the old shop on 62. The place is fantastic and filled with people you can trust.

"I purchased two 2007 Kaw 85 motocross bikes for my two sons at Bill Eddy's. The service I received was head and shoulders above the rest. My sales person was right up front with me on price. They did not have but one bike in stock and by the end of the day they had found a second bike and had it ready for delivery. Bill Eddy's store hours were very accommodating.(open til 8:00pm on Thursday) I received 5 star service in every area of my business dealings with Billy Eddy's. Bill himself was there in the store making sure customers were being taken care of. I appreciate Bill Eddy's imvolvement in the motorcycle community. We have also ordered riding gear and parts from Bill Eddy's parts department and received excellent service. My calls are always returned and my order is delivered in a timely manner. Ever motorcycle shop has motorcycles to sell but not ever motorcycle shop has the top notch customer service that Bill Eddy's gives you with your purchase. For me, Bill Eddy's Motorsports stands above their competition for a couple of reasons 1. The best and friendliest customer service 2. Selection of bikes and gear on hand and 3. Straight forward pricing. Everytime we go to Fayetteville my boys say "we are stopping at Bill Eddy's right?" The store enviroment is what they like. They love going in Bill Eddy's to see what is new in the store. The boys are never disappointed and neither am I. "A 20 minute test ride on the KTM 950SM left me with just one choice. Which color? After a 100 mile break-in run, it is obvious that the KTM is a motorcycle that will redefine the term "Sport bike". It steers at will and it has a usable power band. It has a combination of incomparable engine and brake deceleration and it has a logical, comfortable seating position.
Anyone who has ridden on Arkansas' semi-paved "chad" roads knows the uneasy feeling that they instill. The KTM handles this confidence diminishing road surface with ease, if not with a composure unmatched by anything less than a dual purpose bike or by something with 4 wheels.
My experience at "Bill Eddy's Motorsports" was likewise exceptional. It is nowadays uncommon for a motorcycle dealership to allow demo rides. Current manufacturers as well as dealerships should recognize the value of such. In addition, the sales, financing and parts staff at Bill Eddy's were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Their dedication and enthusiasm indicates that they are riders involved in the sport, and it is apparent that their commitment is focused on the love of motorcycles.
